PrīmSphera (formerly known as Vital View Technologies) is a revolutionary sensor technology company pioneering break-through solutions to solve real-world challenges. Our vision is to create a contactless sensor platform to improve effective decision making by unlocking insights that are otherwise unavailable. With applications in defense, and food processing, PrīmSphera has selected Healthcare as a primary industry for the beachhead market.
Founded as a catalyst to commercialize the research of Dr. Thomas Pratt at The University of Notre Dame, who is a pioneer in leveraging radio frequency polarization mode dispersion (RF-PMD) for a range of sensing applications. The name ‘PrīmSphera’ (Pryme-SFair-uh) embodies our mission to deliver pioneering solutions (‘Prīm’—meaning first) and highlights the unique spherical output of Dr. Thomas Pratt’s groundbreaking work.
Today, PrīmSphera are actively developing its flagship product, a state-of-the-art connected solution for the hospital-at-home. This monitoring platform features a proprietary non-contact, at-home medical monitor that tracks fluid change over time. This provides early, actionable data to patients and clinicians to inform care plans.

Co-Founder & CEO
Cassandra Adams is a seasoned Medtech executive with extensive experience in business development, strategic operations, program management, and commercialization and has been a senior leader in three start-ups and three multinational organizations, including two successful exits.
As a biomedical engineer she has dedicated her career to building and supporting organizations focused on advancing technologies that impact quality of life for patients around the globe.
Co-Founder & CTO
Chris Rauh is an engineering executive with a 35+ year background in electronics product development, marketing and sales with a proven start-up track record defining & executing new products for Wireless applications.
Throughout his career he has had a distinct focus in semiconductor technologies for wireless RF systems and subsystems.
Inventor
Dr. Thomas Pratt is an Electrical Engineering Research Professor at The University of Notre Dame and the original inventor of the RF-PMD technology.
His research revolves around multi-port radio frequency (RF) systems, especially physical layer issues that exploit propagation phenomena. Principal applications include radar, wireless communications, and remote sensing.

Dr. Rick Snyder is an FACC Board certified cardiologist and has practiced preventive, general and interventional cardiology for almost 30 years.
He currently serves as the President of HeartPlace, a 53 physician cardiology practice serving 24 offices in the Dallas-Ft Worth metroplex. Dr Snyder also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Texas Medical Association and it's 57,000 members.
Sr. Program Manager
Kevin Brady is a Senior Program Manager who joined Prīmsphera following a successful project exploring alternative applications for the Prīmsphera technology during his time in the University of Notre Dame ESTEEM MS program.
He also holds a bachelor's degree in molecular biology and previously worked in R&D for biomedical devices.
